DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. Parties This contract has been established electronically between Beyza Nur Bozatlı (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") on the one hand and the customer who makes a purchase on the kupuandkupu.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the other hand, within the framework of the following provisions.

2. Subject This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's kupuandkupu.com website.

3. Contractual Product Information

-Product type, model, quantity, sales price and payment information are as stated in the Buyer's order form and this information has been approved by the Buyer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made by Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo, MNG or PTT Kargo companies chosen by the Seller.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Method

Payment can be made via credit card, money order or various online payment systems.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The Buyer who wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal must notify the buyer by e-mail to info@kupuandkupu.com .

The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete with its contents.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

-In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

-This agreement comes into force by being approved electronically.

8. Return Conditions

  • If the buyer exercises his/her right of withdrawal, the product will be returned provided that it is unused, unwashed, undamaged and in resalable condition.

  • The product to be returned must be sent with its original packaging, label, accessories (if any) sent with it, and a copy of the invoice.

  • For hygiene reasons, returns of products that are open to direct contact, such as baby products, are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and unused.

  • In case of returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 10 working days after the product reaches the Seller, in accordance with the payment method used.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal.


9. Entry into Force When the Buyer places an order through kupuandkupu.com, he/she is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
