3. Price Information:

  • All product prices and total costs (including VAT) are stated at the time of ordering.

  • Shipping costs are stated separately and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Processing Information:

  • Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping is provided via Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo, MNG or PTT.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions:

  • The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, a notification must be sent to info@kupuandkupu.com .

  • The original packaging and contents of the product to be returned must be complete.

6. Payment Method:

  • Payment can be made via credit card, money transfer and online payment systems.

7. Delivery Costs:

  • In case of return, the paid amount will be refunded within 10 days, excluding the shipping costs that the Buyer, who exercises his right of withdrawal, will pay when sending the product to the Seller.

8. In Case of Dispute:

  • The Buyer may submit his/her complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in his/her locality, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce.
